Well father Chris here it goes! LOL I am going to start today. I’ll be honest I’m a little apprehensive but I am well aware of the health benefits, but now I know the warrior saints benefits and cannot ignore it anymore I need this I do I am a very strong woman however, I find as we get a little older even tho my life is always hard I’ve somehow become almost comfortable in that !! Sounds terrible right ? Well this flesh I tell ya what this warrior saint is saying SUBMIT to the lord now and die to the flesh and get in that cold shower Cristie !!!
